For the past 30 years, the Mountain States Concrete Pipe Association has been promoting concrete pipe and precast products in the Utah and Idaho markets.  We have two member companies, Geneva Pipe and Precast and Oldcastle Infrastructure, and multiple associate members, including Ashgrove Cement and Holcim Cement. The day to day activities are overseen and carried out by our Director, who acts as a technical resource engineer for the industry. These duties include giving presentations to engineers, specifiers, inspectors and contractors, reviewing and writing specifications, answering technical questions, planning and hosting marketing events, and meeting with people.  

The Mountain States Concrete Pipe Association is looking for a new Director. This job is unique and unlike any other in the world. As such, we are looking for an engineer that does not fit the typical engineer stereotypes. We need someone outgoing and imaginative, who can command a crowd, and loves to travel and meet new people. We need someone who is unafraid to challenge the status quo. It also helps if you like to golf, because we do a lot of golfing. And eating...we go out to eat a lot, too. And laugh. We also laugh a lot. Oh yeah, and you get to work from home. It's actually an awesome job if you have the right personality.
